Quality Management Plan, FY 2016 Saint Vincent’s PQI Report 2016 (Quality Management Plan). Plymouth House (STARR Program) - Early Education and Care Licensing Study. Saint Vincent’s purchased a house on November 1, 2014 in Plymouth, Massachusetts to accommodate the Plymouth/Cape STARR Program which opened on February 17, 2015.
Clinical oversight of STARR (Short Term Assessment and Rapid Reintegration) program for latency aged youth in a community based home; care coordination and clinical service planning and delivery; complete diagnostic summaries, CANS and other psycho-social assessments; provide brief, focused counseling, family support and groups; coordinate and facilitate scheduling and arranging visits, transportation for youth and families and transitional services; participate in on-call for after hours admissions and clinical support.

Clinical master’s degree, licensure and three years of relevant experience are required.
